Licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement and do not replace it.

Not medical advice

The app makes relaxing sound. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including sleep disorders. The research on binaural beats is mixed. If you have trouble sleeping, talk to a doctor.

Use it safely

Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones and when you plan to fall asleep. Don't use the binaural states while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Your recordings

Sound you export from the app is yours to use, including in your own videos, meditations and other projects.

No warranty

The app is free and provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
